Job Description/Responsibilities:
Planning and introducing efficient production methods to maximize company output.

Developing and introducing methods to increase productivity at the production line.
Co-ordinate with the all other dependant and independent departments of the organisation like the shop and the office
Keep a check on all machines involved in production and utilize technical knowledge effectively to maximize productivity and profit
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure

Knowledgeable in basic electronic troubleshooting
Highly dependable to execute aggressive Management Plans
Possess strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
Qualification:

UG  -- Degree / Diploma in Production 

PG   -- Post graduation not specified

Minimum Experience:

3 year
